CAVILLO KITCHEN
This was a quaint 1940s home in Oak Grove with a kitchen that we were happy to brighten up. The existing floor was old, unfortunately water damaged fir, that was replaced and finished with beautiful white oak. We were able to keep the existing doors and door trims, and bring them back to life with refinishing and fresh paint.

New custom cabinets with full height uppers were installed, complete with 3cm granite countertops and subway pattern hand made tile.

The sage colored walls and the white oak floor, with the new stainless steel appliances and plumbing fixtures really brought a new vibrant light to this kitchen!

Schlitzkus Kitchen
This return client was looking to give a fresh look to their early 2000’s kitchen and wanted to make some design changes for a more open feel. This resulted in new, custom cabinets with full height uppers, painted a beautiful blue by the professionals at Gene Darco Painting. The corner cabinet was also outfitted with pullout storage to maximize use! The laminate counter tops were then replaced with a lightly veined 3cm quartz, finished with a standard subway pattern white tile with a platinum gray grout.

LVP was installed throughout, with this particular choice creating a great contrast within the rest of the space. A new microwave hood was installed, clearing up the counter of some extra clutter. The old sliding glass door was no longer functioning properly, and was replaced with one more efficient.

STEPHENS KITCHEN
Remodeling your kitchen is always a great place to start when updating your home. Removed wall between kitchen and living room and incorporated two GLBs(structural) to make this space much more maneuverable. Brand new custom, painted cabinets complimented with brass hardware, with beautiful 3cm quartz tops. Removed old layered linoleum and installed new red oak hardwood floor matching to the living room.

Tidwell Kitchen
A home in North Portland that got a massive kitchen overhaul. This kitchen was suffering from lack of space, and was done in conjunction with a mudroom/pantry addition that accommodated these needs.

All new cabinetry, with seeded glass in the uppers. Flat gray granite used for the countertops with white backsplash, including a custom mosaic with a walnut wood surround.

The client really wanted to keep the existing slightly damaged, but beautiful fir floor, so it was sanded and refinished, giving even more character to the space.
