The backyard of this property was a prime location for a large gazebo.

Beautiful cedar posts mechanically fastened to large footings poured with the slab. Posts and beams were locked tightly together with black steel saddle brackets. Ceiling finished with tongue and groove pine and equipped with can lighting and fan.

Gas heaters were installed onto the Glu-Lam beams providing the perfect amount of warmth in the fall and winter, for year round use!

The deck was custom built and seamlessly transitions from the newly poured concrete slab. TREX decking, installed with hidden fasteners, and finished with forest trim fascia. Black steel railing and 2 gates installed around the entire perimeter, with a section of the railing left unfastened for easy access to the pool parallel to the deck!

This was a large build in Oregon City for a mechanic. Three bay garage, with three vehicle lifts, perfect for the busy mechanic. The floor was finished with high gloss epoxy. This also featured a large RV port, with a concrete approach poured for the entrance of the property to the garage and RV port.

Attic trusses allowed for copious amounts of storage space, with a set of stairs leading up.

A half bath was also added for extra convenience.
